The Ladeki Restaurant Group, founded in 1998 operates 17+ Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza & Grill locations throughout Southern California and Las Vegas as well as the award winning Roppongi Restaurant and Sushi Bar in La Jolla. Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza & Grill is known for our award-winning gourmet Woodfired pizzas, tapas, salads, pastas and our signature Messy Sundae ® and is listed among the Worlds Top Restaurants in the 2008 Zagat Survey. We are seeking passionate, energetic, talented and dedicated restaurant managers to guide our growth process and join the Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza & Grill team.

Our restaurant managers are critical players on a dynamic team and play a key role in designing and guiding the work environment that make our restaurants successful.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Two years previous management experience in casual dining

• Experience with P&L statements

• Track record of success and leader and trainer

Compensation package includes:
