We are currently looking for a talented Revenue Manager who understands the boutique hotel environment. The ideal Revenue Manager for this position will have previous hotel revenue management experience in the LAX market. Hotel transition or new build experience and solid Opera Experience is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

*Ability to effectively develop and deploy hotel inventory and yield management strategies that support the overall Hotel revenue goals, as well as corporate revenue management initiatives.

* Ability to work well within the creative and entrepreneurial Joie de Vivre organization, which expects its managers to be resourceful and willing to “get their hands dirty”.

* High comfort level working in hotel inventory management systems: IDS/GDS/CRS/PMS

* Proven track record in achieving Rev-Par Index Success.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Attention to details.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

*Previous revenue management hotel experience

* Excellent communication skills, multiple language fluency is a plus

* Previous Opera PMS experience desirable.

* Understanding of boutique hotel environment
