REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Self -motivated to perform efficiently with little supervision, be proficient at cold calling.
• Ability to prioritize work, excellent time management and manage changing/conflicting priorities.
• Develop and maintain solid working relationships with existing and new potential customers by phone, email and sometimes meetings to help generate interest and business.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with business leaders, management and field staff to understand and communicate issues.
• Strong customer service attitude and focus.
• Reliable, responsible and punctual.
Must be internet, computer and Microsoft office savvy. WORK EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION, PEST OR TERMITE CONTROL OFFICE IS A BIG PLUS!
Casual Work Environment
• *1yr+ Sales Experience is Required, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
This is a temp-to-permanent full-time hourly position with opportunity for bonus.
Hours of operation:
Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
