Sales & Marketing Assistant

This is a new position and an exciting opportunity for somebody interested in staying abreast of Signature’s newest and most compelling vacation offers and promotions. Attention to detail and strong communications skills are essential for success in this role. Travel industry knowledge is helpful, but not required.

If you like to wordsmith details and transform something complicated to something concise and attention getting, you will enjoy the day to day responsibilities of this position. Also important is the ability to develop systems, streamline processes and turn projects around quickly.

The right person will find this opportunity fulfilling. You’ll be part of a small team, which means you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of projects, plus you’ll also have the opportunity to work with multiple departments within Signature. If you’re looking for an opportunity to learn, and grow, this is the right position for you.

Qualifications for this position:
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Some knowledge of HTML and photo editing software a plus
• Some knowledge of webinar software such as Webex or GoToMeeting a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Solid oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Able to work well with little direct supervision
• Desire to learn and grow career building skills
