Sales Reps Needed (Downtown L.A.)

  • We currently have openings for 2 sales representatives at our showroom in Dowtown LA. We are a fast-growing company looking for someone who is honest, professional, interested in fashion, goal-oriented, and driven to be part of our team.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Handle entire day-to-day sales process: in store and over the phone orders, processing purchase order/invoice, coordinating logistics, deliver exactly what the customer ordered, quality management — managing and resolving customer claims.
    • Perform general office, administrative, and clerical tasks, including but not limited to data entry, filing paperwork, etc.
    • Ability to maintain, develop and improve business relationships with existing and potential retail/wholesale customers.
    • Occasional travel to attend trade shows.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
    • Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, etc)
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
    • Ensure customer service is being maintained and followed-up throughout the day.
    • Ability to understand priorities and the sense of urgency of the business, adjusting directions/scheduling when necessary to meet store needs and the demands of the business.
    • Analyzing and preparing monthly sales reports and making sure accounts receivables are up to date.
    • Ability to effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Quick learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexible to change, professional, positive, and team-oriented. Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
    • Represent the company in all interactions in an ethical and professional manner.

    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant Work experience.
    • High School diploma required. College degree preferred.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Minimum 1 year of retail/wholesale experience.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
    • Friendly and courteous with positive attitude.
    • Must be able to work full time and be punctual.
