SALES & TRAINING MANAGER
 

 
We are an established Financial Services Company with locations throughout Maryland. We are searching for a Sales and Training Manager that reports to the General Manager. There is some local travel required-no overnight travel. If you have a good driving record and are drug free, we would like to talk to you!!!
 

 
Responsibilities:
 
„X Ability to manage, motivate and lead a team in multiple locations.
 
„X Prepare reports to measure growth and performance of the team.
 
„X Responsible for managing a positive work environment, which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both our customers and Team Members
 

 
Skills:
 
„X Must be Sales Driven with proven Track Record showing an impact on sales
 
„X Experience in coaching, role-playing and training
 
„X Experience managing at multiple locations in the financial service industry
 
„X Experience Implementing new products and services from idea to implementation
 
„X Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 
„X Excellent oral and written communication skills
 
„X Computer skills must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
 

 
Education:
 
Degree or Equivalent Experience
