Summary:

Knowledge Preferred:

• Knowledge and understanding of SAP application based solutions with proficiency in one or more SAP modules. Considerable experience consulting, designing, implementing and contributing as a functional team member.
• knowledge and experience assisting clients in the implementation and support of SAP based solutions and improving business processes.

Skills Preferred:

• Knowledge of SAP development, designing, implementing and supporting business processes. High level understanding of RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and development.
• Knowledge of SAP FI / CO and Compliance
• Experience in identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 2 Years

Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:

• MS or MBA or any Finance Degree.
• Accounting knowledge preferred. Other degrees are acceptable with relevant experience.

Additional preferences Information:

• 3+ years working knowledge of SAP security design and implementation methodology, task-based approach preferred.
• Experience using and implementing SAP GRC Access Control suite of products including Risk Analysis & Remediation, Compliant User Provisioning, Superuser Privilege Management, and Enterprise Role Management.
• Technical understanding of security build and requirements analysis/definition across multiple SAP systems(e.g. ECC 6.0, BI/BW, CRM, etc.).
• Strong technical and IT experience required. Experience directing, supervising, and reviewing work of others is required.

Business Skills required:

• Knowledge of SAP business process, user provisioning processes, and security maintenance processes and leading practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and entrepreneurial
• Formal SAP training is preferred; CPA and/or CISA is a plus
