Established catering and event production of 14 years is searching for motivated applicants to fill position of administrative assistant with bookkeeping knowledge. The Company holds high expectations in a faced paced, multifaceted services operation with high regards to customer and business confidentiality. DUTIES
-Data entry, filing, phones, order taking
-Assisting in daily operations
-Invoicing, payable, receivables,
-Keeping event and appointment schedules
-Various other tasks that may arise in this multi service environmentSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
-Self starter with ability to complete tasks timely without supervision
-Quickbooks, Filemaker, Constant Contact and Excel proficient
-Organizational skills are detailed
-Catering and Event production experience minimum 1 year
-Flexible with job description with team building skills- Location: VAN NUYS, CA
