Seeking Exceptional Administrative Assistant for Property Tax Firm (Woodland Hills (Canoga Park))

  • The Woodland Hills office of a national property tax consulting firm is searching for an exceptional administrative assistant with a solid work ethic and strong attention to detail.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Researching and obtaining parcel information, tax values, and maps both online and with phone calls to government offices
    • Creating and maintaining property files
    • Heavy data entry and data tracking
    • Heavy filing
    • Creating and maintaining reports and spreadsheets
    • Various tasks as requested by consultants, clients, and taxing authorities

    Requirements:
    • Professional experience in an office environment
    • Knowledge of standard office equipment
    • Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
    • Ability to work independently with minimal training and minimal supervision
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines
    • Ability to learn quickly
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    Experience in property tax and/or real estate is extremely beneficial, but not absolutely necessary.
