This event is a very important major Black Tie Sport Themed Event and is seeking the following positions:

• Athlete and Producer Award Coordinator
• Entertainment Producer/Director
• Executive Producer (secure remaining capital/funding)
• Fundraising Director
• Gift Suite Merchandise Recruiter/Coordinator
• Lighting/Stage Director
• Live Auction Coordinator
• Local Sponsorship Development Director (L.A. and Southern California)
• Network Producer
• Professional Athlete Recruiter/Coordinator (will coordinate travel, accommodations, special appearances, etc.)
• Table Sales Director/Closers
• Wardrobe Coordinator (will work directly with Polo Ralph Lauren)

The chosen Project Professionals/Specialist’s will work closely with Producers, the VP of Development/Production, Creative Team, Marketing, Sponsorship Development, etc. whom will all provide a lot of information and guidance. Great opportunity to grow with a company who works with the Major Professional Sport Leagues/Sport based Organizations, Networks, Film Studios, Professional Sport Leagues and Organizations, World Class International Sport Events, etc. The event is on Friday June 8, 2012 in Los Angeles California. This is a private fundraiser targeting Sports Fan’s, Olympic Fan’s and Major US companies.
