Our implementation team is a small group led by a seasoned Project Manager who has the experience (both in professional consulting skills as well as with the technical skills) needed to ensure success for themselves, their team members, FPA, and our clients.
We have a strong belief in our Core Values and invest in our systems and methodologies to ensure we provide a high quality and consistent work product across teams and across clients. The FPA business model is based on the principle that efficiencies and economies of scale are achieved through procedural best practices and centralized relationships for our clients.
