Huntley Club, a trendy startup company based in Los Angeles on the Westside, is looking for a talented website / database programmer to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company with huge upside potential. We are looking for someone to start right away.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
– Solid experience creating stand-alone websites for startup-type companies (with meaningful functionality) or who have significant experience at more established companies but in a more senior capacity
– Strong experience with PHP, Java, HTML5 and MySQL
– Experience with Zend framework is a huge plus
– Hard working, organized, a team player, personable, and have a positive attitude (this should be a very fun / exciting experience). Preference will be given to candidates with proven skills and capabilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
The senior programmer would report directly to both the CEO and President, and he or she would be responsible for:

– Working with our other developers to prepare our website for launch and for scalability to an audience of 100,000 – 1,000,000 users
– Building out additional modules of our website (both front and back end)
– Performing side projects such as page “facelifts” and security updates and threat prevention tasks
– Overseeing and ensuring the quality of work being done by external vendors
– Maintaining the website / databases to prevent bugs and downtime

Job requires location in Los Angeles.
