Job summary:

TeleSign is looking to hire a Senior Telco Analyst in our Network Operations Department. The analyst would be responsible for building and tracking key quality metrics for our User Verification and Authentication business. The analysts would compute, collect and analyze key parameters using various quantitative as well as statistical tools. This individual will closely work with Telecom and SMS Vendor and develop and manage an optimal routing strategy to provide high quality experience to our user. The Senior Analyst would contribute to continuous process improvements around vendor selection & on-boarding and margin improvement. A successful candidate must be able to work in a matrix organization and successfully interface with Engineering, Operations, Products and Client Services to measure quality and take appropriate actions to provide high quality customer experience. The person must have strong data analytics experience including proficiency with tools such as MS access, excel and SAS statistical tools. Telco experience is a must and SMS experience is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• BS degree from an accredited school
• 5 years of experience in Telecom and SMS Data experience
• Advanced MS Access, Excel training (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
• Strong understanding and experience in Least Cost Routing
• Strong experience/comfort working in a Matrix Management environment
• Strong Initiative and follow-through with an ability to think strategically
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Presentation experience (PowerPoint)
• Experience in SSRS and SQL/OLAP
• Telco Business Experience with SMS experience highly desirable
