Seeking a staff of serious, professional servers for elegant catered events. Ability to clean and shuck oysters a plus! Most events take place in the evenings and on the weekends.

Minimum 5 years serving and or catering experience. Open Interviews Tuesday February 7th from noon till 3:00 pm and Wednesday February 15th from 12:30 till 3:00 pm. Sign in sheet will be posted.

Bring one page resume (ONLY 1 PAGE) with references. Please also bring photo (if available) photo id and uniform. Uniform consists of black dress pants, black dress button down shirt, white dress button down shirt and black tie and black lace up leather, polishable shoes.

$15 hour minimum, some parties will provide additional gratutity.
