    Role
    Titan is seeking an experienced, motivated, well-rounded Social Game Producer to manage Social Game Products through the entire product development lifecycle, from IP acquisition/development, design, pre-production, development, deployment, product marketing, performance and reporting. The Social Game Producer will define, gather and prioritize product requirements and execute the product vision and roadmap. The Social Game Producer will work closely with Engineering to deliver world-class social games, and with Product Marketing to ensure strong market fit, product optimization and user acquisition/monetization.

    Specific Duties:
    • Manage the full life cycle implementation and continued enhancement of your social game titles
    • Define product strategy and feature roadmap throughout the development process
    • Write, gather and deliver comprehensive product requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
    • Subject Matter Expert on social gaming landscape from a product and competition perspective
    • Manage timelines, assess process efficiencies and report against success metrics
    • Work closely with Engineering to design solutions and manage the development process
    • Develop product and content concepts, manage all related schedules/budgets, and identify/remedy any design bottlenecks in the product development process
    • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create concepts that meet market requirements and contribute heavily to final product-to-market strategy
    • Manage artists and designers with respect to the execution, development, and production of production artwork and designs
    • Manage redesign on any product revisions/fixes required, during the development cycle or post-launch
    • Mentor and manage Producers, Associate Producers and other production personnel; oversee staffing production teams, including hiring, maintaining and firing talent.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Demonstrated success defining and launching robust and innovative social gaming products
    • 3+ years in a Producer role or higher at either a social or mobile games company, preferably with an emphasis on highly social gaming concepts
    • Demonstrated ability to work well with and earn the respect of creative, engineering, business development, sales and cross functional teams
    • Highly organized and detail oriented with proven experience managing complex projects to successful completion
    • Proactive and entrepreneurially oriented with ability to take ownership of products and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • No stranger to the concepts of MAU, DAU, DARPU, K-Factor and familiarity with modeling the aforementioned as they apply to your social game
    • Passion for social games
    • Second-to-none knowledge/experience of specific social game genres — competitive products, demographics, market preferences and biases, etc.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Bachelors degree

    The position is in Santa Monica, CA. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
