Monserat De Lucca is a rapidly growing wholesale fashion accessories company based in West Los Angeles. We sell leather handbags, belts and jewelry to retailers both internationally and domestically.
We are looking for a dedicated Social Media/ Customer Service Representative, who can manage a variety of responsibilities ranging from administrative work, updating social media accounts, handling day to day customer inquiries, and traveling to trade shows. Must be social media savvy and able to engage with potential customers. This is a dynamic position in a fast paced environment and candidate will be required and expected to wear many hats and meet many deadlines. The position is highly collaborative and you must be able to learn fast. Occasional travel will be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Update/maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc) and engage with customers.
Work to analyze and improve website SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Write product copy with SEO in mind.
Answer customer inquiries.
Manage phones and handle in and outbound customer emails and calls.
Take and process orders, returns and exchanges.
Analyze daily transactions, correct records, and adjust errors.
Trace status of orders to make sure delivery dates are met.
Resolves customer questions related to orders, takes orders as needed.
Assist in any and all company needs.
Travel will be required to NYC, Las Vegas, and possibly other locations and will involve set-up and sales assistance for Trade Shows.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year university or college.
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
Creative with strong verbal and written skills .
Must be willing and able to work within a team environment.
Proficient in Excel.
Open minded, positive attitude is a must.
Candidate must be well put together. An interest and an eye for fashion is a must.
