Farmshop in Santa Monica is seeking qualified applicants to fill a currently available sous chef position. Please see the following requested qualifications:
Minimum 5 years restaurant experience
Minimum 2 years restaurant kitchen management experience
Experience with labor control, scheduling, receiving protocols, inventory & menu development
Advanced understanding of general kitchen procedures, sanitation & organization
Experience with meat & fish fabrication, advanced knife skills & general cooking methods
This is a salaried position, and is negotiable based on experience
