We are seeking experienced Sr Manufacturing Engineers in our Big Lake, Minnesota facility! This position offers you the opportunity to use your expertise and drive to make an immediate impact on our business. Position Description:  

This position leads the manufacturing process of major projects to ensure they meet established specifications. Ensures customer requirements are achieved and that parts/assemblies are manufactured in a cost effective and timely manner.  

Required Position Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field and a minimum of four years relevant experience

• Experience with CAD/CAM systems utilizing solid modeling
• Experience leading projects
• Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment
• The ability to travel, including air, occasionally overnight

Preferred Position Qualifications:  

• The most qualified candidate will also possess experience with Robotics and Automation

• Experience developing CNC programs
• Experience with special processes (i.e., plating, welding, heat treat, etc.)
• Knowledge and/or experience in the design and selection of fixturing and tooling for complex parts
• Previous experience in the machining industry, job shop medical machining preferred
• Experience conducting process capability studies, and experience optimizing processes to achieve ongoing cost reductions
• Experience with ISO quality systems and World Class Manufacturing principles
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform engineering calculations related to machining
• Experience with ERP systems a plus.
