Genex (www.genex.com), an AdWeek Top 50 Interactive Agency, is seeking an exceptional (Sr.) UI DEVELOPER who specializes in user interface architecture and development for a full-time, on-site position.
This individual has architected and developed highly dynamic, interactive interfaces for “web 2.0″ sites. He/she has a strong background in OOP, user interface specific design patterns including the MVC architectural pattern, extensive experience with cross-browser compatibility issues and degradation strategies, and expert level with semantic SEO accessible XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, and jQuery. Experience with and understanding of server-side business logic, web services, data technologies, XML and relational databases.

.: What You’ll Do :.
- Development of the presentation layer for web based applications.
- Participate in a small, highly experienced, energetic team on a rapid development schedule.
- Work with project managers, visual designers, and engineers to build the optimal user experience.
- Author complex “web 2.0″ user interfaces using DHTML (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM, AJAX, JSON)
.:What You Need :.- Experience developing end-user Web applications and enthusiasm for creating an outstanding user interaction
- 5+ years of experience developing dynamic, highly interactive user interfaces for web applications.
- 5+ years of experience with DTHML, and W3C standards compliant semantic accessible (X)HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with cross-platform, cross-browser strategies and graceful degradation.
- Experience using source control systems such as Subversion and Team Foundation Server.
- Experience with jQuery.
