We are a growing beverage company located in the San Fernando Valley. We have recently launched our products within Southern California and need to add to our Finance team due to expansion. We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant with a strong work ethic. The position requires a well rounded person with a strong attention to detail, constant follow up, and ability to balance multiple tasks at once. It is important that you have start-up experience the position demands strong organizational skills. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

General responsibilities
Accounts payable with moderate transaction volume
Experience with heavy Bank reconciliations
Payroll — bi weekly payroll submissions
Month end closing journal entries
Accounts receivable billing for our growing list of distributors
Account analysis and balance sheet review
Preparation of wire transfer templates
Other miscellaneous projects [quarterly sales tax returns, property tax returns]
General filing responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
Minimum of two to four years of similar experience, accounting degree desirable
Experience with QuickBooks or other ERP applications
Excellent Office skills [Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.]
Experience with small to medium sized business
Solid work ethic and thorough execution
Exposure to manufacturing or consumer products preferred, but not necessary
Good problem solving skills
