International retailer of skincare and body care is looking for a Store Manager in Los Angeles, CA. And will be responsible and accountable for achieving sales goals of the store as well as customer service requirements while managing and coaching the store team of associates.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
- Achieves and maximizes performances of quantifiable indicators
- Daily, weekly, monthly adjusts the goals according to sales
- Coaches team for an optimum customer service in order to increase transactions and conversion of customers
- Pro-actively analyzes business reports and recommends District Manager or Area Manager action plans before implementation to achieve above goals
- Executes visual merchandising updates and product placement within corporate guidelines and maintains visual standards
- Communicates effectively with corporate with weekly formal communication and a proactive problem-solution approach

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong retail background(4+years)
• Solid management experience(2+ years)
* MUST have some beauty experience and with that also a single store experience not just Dept. store experience
• Computer savvy
