The Sofa Company (http://www.thesofaco.com) is a rapidly growing furniture company with multiple locations in Southern California. Unlike traditional furniture stores, which only offer customers a handful of sofa styles from which to chose and a few fabric options, The Sofa Company prides itself in displaying an extensive selection of sofa styles with literally thousands of fabric options. Additionally, all styles can be customized in size, so as to accommodate virtually all types of spaces and families.

Presently, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales/Store Manager for our Pasadena showroom. The Pasadena showroom is situated in historic Old Pasadena one block south of Colorado at the corner of Green and Delacey.

As the Store Manager, you will be expected to lead the store in sales, as well as be responsible for all aspects of running the store.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years retail managerial experience
Proven sales professional
Prior customer service experience
Superior communication skills – verbal and written
Excellent troubleshooter
Must be able to lead by example
Self-sufficient, self-starter type
Furniture/Design background helpful, but not required
Quick learner

Compensation:
Competitive base salary depending on experience
