T3LEADS is seeking an experienced, independent and business-minded individual to oversee our growing computer network system. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of UNIX, Linux, PHP and MySQL, unique blend of Internet marketing expertise, data analysis capabilities and creative problem-solving skills.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting problems (diagnosing and repairing system glitches), managing IT projects, including development and implementation, testing and quality assurance for numerous programming and IT-related needs. The successful candidate will ensure IT initiatives adhere to corporate standards and methodologies. This employee plays an integral role in developing and leveraging the company’s web-based marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to manage various project leaders to define project objectives, scope and schedule.
Organizes and guides project operations through the use of cutting-edge programming methodologies accepted by the industry.
Provides coaching, mentoring and guidance to project team members.
Works with client departments to coordinate systems testing, installation, training and support.
Functions independently with limited supervision from senior management.
Devise and maintain workable technical project schedules to accomplish the business objectives.
Effectively communicates project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or computer related discipline required.
Extensive knowledge and experience of UNIX and Linux
Expertise it MySQL:
Understanding MySQL internals and ability to configure MySQL server for maximum performance
Strong knowledge of indexes, queries optimisation
Knowledge of replication and other MySQL features
Knowledge of MySQL cluster and InnoDB
Knowledge of backup techniques
Troubleshooting skills
Experience and solid familiarity of PHP
Strong skills in Object Oriented Development
Proven ability to work with large databases.
Fluent in Russian and English.
Familiarity with Zend Framework is preferred
Knowledge in JavaScript and AJAX techniques is preferred
