Looking for a hard working individual knowledgeable of various Voluntary Disclosure Programs. We have a high volume clientele base of foreign nationals with numerous offshore compliance issues. They all require assistance for voluntary disclosure to the IRS.

Must be familiar with amnesty programs (FATCA, OVDI, OVDP, VDP), Asset Protection, foreign accounts, and all aspects of voluntary disclosure programs.

The following qualifications are very important:

Able to give live presentations to groups of people
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to pay specific attention to minute details
Ability to communicate complex and technical matters in a simple and clear manner
Confidence, initiative, strong analytical skills, and exceptional follow-through skills
Available for travel

Percentage of each case handled – this is a projected to be high volume. This position will begin as part time, but will probably turn into a full time position very soon.
