Alpha Ten Technologies is looking for Technical Support Specialists (Service Desk) to work in our Pasadena, CA office. Qualified candidates will be called upon as needed to backfill for existing staff on extended leave and for short term surge support on the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
 

 
Ideal candidates have the following:
 

 
• 2+ Experience supporting Mac’s and/or Windows based PC’s (Both is better)
 
• 2+ Experience supporting & configuring mobile devices (cell phones, PDA’s, iPhones, Blackberries, etc.) and administering cellular accounts
 
• Experience working with help desk management and automated call distribution systems.
 
• Up to date Apple and/or Microsoft Certifications desirable
 
• High School diploma
 
• Valid California Drivers License
 
• Ability to comfortably lift and carry up to 50+lbs.
 
• US Citizen – Legally allowed to work in the US as verified by e-Verify
 
• Detail oriented, with the ability to work independently
 
• Ability to work through problems over the phone
 
• Ability to interact confidently with end users
 
• Strong dedication to customer service and excellent verbal/written communications skills, superior telephone skills, and interpersonal skills.
