Quigley-Simpson, a best in class brand response advertising agency, is now looking to hire an experienced Traffic/Sourcing Supervisor to join our Media team. Over the last two years we have landed several new accounts, doubling both revenue and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with client setup
Research backend errors
Analyze media data and create reports using macros and pivot tables
Manage data files
Media airings
Source data
Data analysis to understand station performance and trends
Verify data  
Manage Help Desk software
Data reconciliation
Audit campaign results
Understand vendor backend processes and procedures
Enter codes  
Perform response code checks
Provide detailed communication with outside vendors
Request 800#s and scripts
Develop reporting tools 
Create audit reports

Minimum qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of traffic/sourcing/analyst experience
Prior experience supervising/providing effective instruction to employees
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficiency with MS Excel (proficient with macros & pivot tables), Word and Power Point
Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
A general understanding of setups and backend codes
