The VB.net Developer/C# Programmer will assist with the maintenance of current application and database software and will also assist with development projects undertaken in relation to the company’s business. Duties will include various tasks related to:
 
• Development and support of web based application
 
• Development and integration of in-house application with third-party software
 
• Analysis and report writing and documentation
 

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
Our ideal candidate will have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be willing to work under Software Development Manager’s guidance, learn new technologies, work on projects with tight roll-out schedules and short deadlines; must have excellent written and oral communication skills. In particular, we are looking for someone with the following technical skills:
 

 
Two plus years of n-tier web-based application development experience utilizing Microsoft .net technology.
 
• Familiar with .Net Framework 1.1, 2.0 and 3.5
 
• Real world experience with company internet, intranet development
 
• Familiar with n-tier application development architecture
 
• Familiar with Visual Studio 2003
 
• 2+ years working experience with VB.Net or C# and ASP.Net
 
• 2+ years experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Ajax
 
• Experience with T-SQL and SQL Server 2003
 
• Comfortable creating Pivot tables and generating reports using MS Excel
 
• Experience with XML, Web Services and SOAP is preferred but not required
 
• Experience with web-based Crystal Report design and implementation is a plus
