Requirements:

• 3+ years of current AGM/GM experience in a fast paced, full service restaurant, corporate experience preferred
• Ability to drive sales through innovative marketing
• Must possess a genuine passion for guest experience and the restaurant industry
• Must have proven success in P&L Management
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Ability to plan activities, set goals, effectively manage time to accomplish assigned tasks and achieve organizational goals
• Effectively demonstrates the ability to inspire store level teams towards personal improvement and operational development
• Shows the ability to consistently contribute to the overall improvement of the team as well as individual team members
• Conducts and presents self with poise, integrity, and professionalism
