SUSHI CHEF
Job Description (includes but is not limited to):
• Prepare sushi (fancy rolls, sushi, preparing fish)
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure that all products are presentable and as
fresh as possible
• Upsell and explain and educate guests on food knowledge at the sushi bar
• Create new dishes, rolls, presentations and sauces

Requirements
• 2+ years sushi-making experience (fancy rolls, sushi, preparing fish)
• Maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance
• Great communication skills, speaking fluent English
• Interact and educate diners to make eating out more of a learning experience

• Friendly and outgoing
• Exude a positive attitude and passion on food
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure

• Flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends and holidays
