We are a small, fast-growing consumer products manufacturing and marketing company based in Pasadena. Our high quality product sells to dealers across the USA as well as directly to home owners in Southern California.

We seek an ambitious, eager, hard-working, results-oriented part-time student to assist our CEO with the company’s marketing programs.

Primary responsibilities include:
* Assisting with advertising and marketing programs
* Assisting with updates and expansion of company websites
* Assisting with search engine optimization efforts
* Working with outside graphics resources, and handling some of the graphics refinement yourself
* Helping manage the company’s marketing and sales database, and taking care of direct mail campaigns

Secondary responsibilities include:
* Assisting the company’s office manager and production manager as needed.
* Assisting as needed to help the company run as smoothly and profitably as possible.

Due to extensive involvement with the owner/president and all aspects of the company, the intern candidate must demonstrate:
* a record of academic achievement
* excellent analytic skills
* proficiency in word, excel, and photoshop (and illustrator skills would be a plus)
* working knowledge of basic html and basic understanding of search engine optimization
* a track-record as a hard-working team player
* a clean driving record (You will need to use your own vehicle to travel to outside events, etc.)
* a willingness to take on miscellaneous business-related tasks as needed
