Weekend Storage Manager (Downtown LA)

  • Magellan Storage, LA County’s premier storage facility, is looking to hire a weekend storage manager with experience in high level customer service. We are looking for someone with excellent sales skills and an outgoing personality. Candidate should be professional and organized and able to work well under a fast paced busy day. Retail experience would be a plus. Magellan Storage is a high end luxury storage company; we have beautiful offices and provide a great work environment.
    Job Requirements:
    • Excellent communication skills that will be utilized with retail staff, corporate personnel and customers
    • Knowledge and understanding of industry
    • Knowledge and understanding of sales operations
    • Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
    • Perform other duties such as stocking and housekeeping
    • Enjoy connecting with tenants and demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude
    • Providing the highest level of Customer Service standards while maintaining a professional demeanor and personal presentation at all times
    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Interacting with current and potential tenants
    • Phone Sales
    • Managing phone calls and messages
    • Collection of rent due
    • Open and close office
    • Service and product promotion
    This position reports directly to the Office Manager. Hours are Sat 9-5 and Sun 10-4, may work more hours if right candidate. Hourly plus potential commission/incentives
    Candidates must be comfortable in a “selling” environment where individual and team performance is rewarded!

    • Compensation: $12.00/hour
