The Youth Services Counselor works with youths and their families in facilitating and supporting a case plan through the provision of home based family and youth support
services, mentoring through a social learning model, and facilitation of referrals for ancillary services as identified in the case plan or as identified through interactions with the youth and family. This position involves evening and weekend hours.

Requirements:
* Female candidates STRONGLY preffered as this position works only with female clients
* Bachelors degree- (sociology, criminal justice, or any related field)
* Ability to pass background clearance
* Vehicle, California Drivers License and Insurance
* Experience working with at risk youth strongly preferred
* Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
* Drug Screening (Random)
* Willing to work evenings and weekends as requested by Program Director
